EUR-Lex has made available a consolidated text of the AI Act reflecting the Digital Omnibus

EUR-Lex has made available the consolidated text of the AI Act as it stands on 27 July 2026 (document 02024R1689-20260727), the day on which Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, known as the Digital Omnibus on AI, entered into force. The text incorporates both the amendments made by that act and the corrigenda published in the Official Journal: compared with the original version it adds six new articles – 4a, 60a and 75a to 75d – and a new Annex XIV. A consolidated text has no legal effect of its own, which rests with the original regulation and its amending acts alone; it does, however, become the starting point for legal practice.
