Entrata in vigore e applicazione

Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il ventesimo giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea.
Si applica a decorrere dal 2 agosto 2026.
Tuttavia:
a) |
I capi I e II si applicano a decorrere dal 2 febbraio 2025, ad eccezione dell'articolo 5, paragrafo 1, primo comma, lettere b bis) e b ter), e dell'articolo 5, paragrafi 1 bis e 1 ter, che si applicano a decorrere dal 2 dicembre 2026; |
b) |
Il capo III, sezione 4, il capo V, il capo VII, il capo XII e l’articolo 78 si applicano a decorrere dal 2 agosto 2025, ad eccezione dell'articolo 101; |
c) |
Il capo III, sezioni 1, 2 e 3, ad eccezione dell'articolo 6, paragrafo 5, si applica a decorrere dal:

d) |
Gli articoli da 102 a 110 si applicano a decorrere dal 27 luglio 2026. |

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 2 August 2026.
However:
(a) |
Chapters I and II shall apply from 2 February 2025, with the exception of Article 5(1), first subparagraph, points (ba) and (bb), and Article 5(1a) and (1b) which shall apply from 2 December 2026; |
(b) |
Chapter III Section 4, Chapter V, Chapter VII and Chapter XII and Article 78 shall apply from 2 August 2025, with the exception of Article 101; |
(c) |
Chapter III, Sections 1, 2, and 3, with the exception of Article 6(5), shall apply from:

(d) |
Articles 102 to 110 shall apply from 27 July 2026. |
