Informace pro zajištění transparentnosti podle čl. 53 odst. 1 písm. b) – technická dokumentace pro poskytovatele obecných modelů AI poskytovaná navazujícím poskytovatelům, kteří model začleňují do svého systému AI

a) 

úkoly, které má model plnit, a druh a povahu systémů AI, do nichž může být začleněn;

b) 

použitelná pravidla přijatelného způsobu užívání;

c) 

datum zpřístupnění a způsoby distribuce;

d) 

informace o tom, jak model interaguje s hardwarem nebo softwarem, který není součástí samotného modelu, nebo jak může v relevantních případech být za účelem interakce s nimi použit;

e) 

případně verze relevantního softwaru související s používáním obecného modelu AI;

f) 

architekturu a počet parametrů;

g) 

modalitu (např. text, obrázek) a formát vstupů a výstupů;

h) 

licenci pro daný model.

technické prostředky (např. návod k použití, infrastruktura, nástroje) nezbytné pro začlenění obecného modelu AI do systémů AI;

b) 

modalitu (např. text, obrázek atd.) a formát vstupů a výstupů a jejich maximální velikost (např. délka kontextového okna atd.);

c) 

informace o datech použitých pro trénování, testování a validaci, je-li to relevantní, včetně druhu a původu dat a metodik kurátorství.

the acceptable use policies applicable;

the date of release and methods of distribution;

how the model interacts, or can be used to interact, with hardware or software that is not part of the model itself, where applicable;

the versions of relevant software related to the use of the general-purpose AI model, where applicable;

(f) 

the architecture and number of parameters;

(g) 

the modality (e.g. text, image) and format of inputs and outputs;

(h) 

the licence for the model.

(a) 

the technical means (e.g. instructions for use, infrastructure, tools) required for the general-purpose AI model to be integrated into AI systems;

(b) 

the modality (e.g. text, image, etc.) and format of the inputs and outputs and their maximum size (e.g. context window length, etc.);

(c) 

information on the data used for training, testing and validation, where applicable, including the type and provenance of data and curation methodologies.
