Wykaz kodów, kategorii i odpowiadających im rodzajów systemów AI do celów procedury notyfikacyjnej, o której mowa w art. 30, określający zakres wyznaczenia jako jednostki notyfikowane

1.    Wprowadzenie

Ocena zgodności systemów AI wysokiego ryzyka zgodnie z niniejszym rozporządzeniem może wymagać zaangażowania jednostek oceniających zgodność. Wyłącznie jednostki oceniające zgodność wyznaczone na podstawie niniejszego rozporządzenia mogą przeprowadzać oceny zgodności i jedynie w odniesieniu do działań związanych z danymi rodzajami systemów AI. Wykaz kodów, kategorii i odpowiadających im rodzajów systemów AI określa zakres wyznaczenia jednostek oceniających zgodność notyfikowanych na podstawie art. 30.

4.    Wniosek o wyznaczenie

Przy określaniu rodzajów systemów AI we wniosku o wyznaczenie, o którym mowa w art. 29, jednostki oceniające zgodność stosują wykazy kodów, kategorii i odpowiadających im rodzajów systemów AI określone w niniejszym załączniku.

1.    Introduction

Conformity assessment of high-risk AI systems pursuant to this Regulation may require the involvement of conformity assessment bodies. Only conformity assessment bodies that have been designated in accordance with this Regulation may carry out conformity assessments and only for the activities related to the types of AI systems concerned. The list of codes, categories, and corresponding types of AI systems sets the scope of the designation of conformity assessment bodies notified under Article 30.

4.    Application for designation

Conformity assessment bodies shall use the lists of codes, categories and corresponding types of AI systems set out in this Annex when specifying the types of AI systems in the application for designation referred to in Article 29.
