In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission. Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council 56.

Afin de garantir des conditions uniformes de mise en œuvre du présent règlement, il convient de conférer des compétences d’exécution à la Commission. Ces compétences devraient être exercées en conformité avec le règlement (UE) no 182/2011 du Parlement européen et du Conseil 56.
