Entry into force and application
English
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 2 August 2026.
However:
(a) |
Chapters I and II shall apply from 2 February 2025, with the exception of Article 5(1), first subparagraph, points (ba) and (bb), and Article 5(1a) and (1b) which shall apply from 2 December 2026; |
(b) |
Chapter III Section 4, Chapter V, Chapter VII and Chapter XII and Article 78 shall apply from 2 August 2025, with the exception of Article 101; |
(c) |
Chapter III, Sections 1, 2, and 3, with the exception of Article 6(5), shall apply from:

(d) |
Articles 102 to 110 shall apply from 27 July 2026. |

Le présent règlement entre en vigueur le vingtième jour suivant celui de sa publication au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne.
Il est applicable à partir du 2 août 2026.
Toutefois:
a) |
les chapitres I et II s'appliquent à partir du 2 février 2025, à l'exception de l'article 5, paragraphe 1, premier alinéa, points b bis) et b ter), et de l'article 5, paragraphes 1 bis et 1 ter, qui s'appliquent à partir du 2 décembre 2026; |
b) |
le chapitre III, section 4, le chapitre V, le chapitre VII, le chapitre XII et l’article 78 s’appliquent à partir du 2 août 2025, à l’exception de l’article 101; |
c) |
le chapitre III, sections 1, 2 et 3, à l'exception de l'article 6, paragraphe 5, s'applique à partir:

les articles 102 à 110 sont applicables à partir du 27 juillet 2026. |
