Amendments to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139

in Article 17, the following paragraph is added:

‘3.   Without prejudice to paragraph 2, when adopting implementing acts pursuant to paragraph 1 concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council^*, the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.

in Article 19, the following paragraph is added:

‘4.   When adopting delegated acts pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.’

in Article 43, the following paragraph is added:

‘4.   When adopting implementing acts pursuant to paragraph 1 concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.’

in Article 47, the following paragraph is added:

‘3.   When adopting delegated acts pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.’

in Article 57, the following subparagraph is added:

‘When adopting those implementing acts concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.’

in Article 58, the following paragraph is added:

‘3.   When adopting delegated acts pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 concerning Artificial Intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.’.

V článku 17 se doplňuje nový odstavec, který zní:

„3.   Aniž je dotčen odstavec 2, při přijímání prováděcích aktů podle odstavce 1 týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024/1689^*, se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.

  Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024/1689 ze dne 13. června 2024, kterým se stanoví harmonizovaná pravidla pro umělou inteligenci a mění nařízení (ES) č. 300/2008, (EU) č. 167/2013, (EU) č. 168/2013, (EU) 2018/858, (EU) 2018/1139 a (EU) 2019/2144 a směrnice 2014/90/EU, (EU) 2016/797 a (EU) 2020/1828 (akt o umělé inteligenci) (Úř. věst. L, 2024/1689, 12.7.2024, ELI: http://data.europa.eu/eli/_reg/2024/1689/oj).“ "

V článku 19 se doplňuje nový odstavec, který zní:

„4.   Při přijímání aktů v přenesené pravomoci podle odstavců 1 a 2 týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení (EU) 2024/1689, se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.“

V článku 43 se doplňuje nový odstavec, který zní:

„4.   Při přijímání prováděcích aktů podle odstavce 1 týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení (EU) 2024/1689, se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.“

V článku 47 se doplňuje nový odstavec, který zní:

„3.   Při přijímání aktů v přenesené pravomoci podle odstavců 1 a 2 týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení (EU) 2024/1689, se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.“

V článku 57 se doplňuje nový pododstavec, který zní:

„Při přijímání těchto prováděcích aktů týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení (EU) 2024/1689, se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.“

V článku 58 se doplňuje nový odstavec, který zní:

„3.   Při přijímání aktů v přenesené pravomoci podle odstavců 1 a 2 týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení (EU) 2024/1689, se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.“
