Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 167/2013

In Article 17(5) of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013, the following subparagraph is added:

‘When adopting delegated acts pursuant to the first subparagraph concerning artificial intelligence systems which are safety components within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (^*2), the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.

V čl. 17 odst. 5 nařízení (EU) č. 167/2013 se doplňuje nový pododstavec, který zní:

„Při přijímání aktů v přenesené pravomoci podle prvního pododstavce týkajících se systémů umělé inteligence, které představují bezpečnostní komponenty ve smyslu nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024/1689 (^*2), se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.
