Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 300/2008

In Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008, the following subparagraph is added:
‘When adopting detailed measures related to technical specifications and procedures for approval and use of security equipment concerning Artificial Intelligence systems within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*1), the requirements set out in Chapter III, Section 2, of that Regulation shall be taken into account.

V čl. 4 odst. 3 nařízení (ES) č. 300/2008 se doplňuje nový pododstavec, který zní:
„Při přijímání podrobných prováděcích opatření týkajících se technických specifikací a postupů pro schvalování a používání bezpečnostního vybavení ve vztahu k systémům umělé inteligence ve smyslu nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2024/1689 (*1), se zohledňují požadavky uvedené v kapitole III oddíle 2 uvedeného nařízení.
