Verzeichnis der Codes, Kategorien und entsprechenden Arten von KI-Systemen für die Zwecke des Notifizierungsverfahrens gemäß Artikel 30 mit Angabe des Geltungsbereichs der Benennung als notifizierte Stellen

1.    Einleitung

Die Konformitätsbewertung von Hochrisiko-KI-Systemen gemäß dieser Verordnung kann die Einbeziehung von Konformitätsbewertungsstellen erfordern. Nur Konformitätsbewertungsstellen, die gemäß dieser Verordnung benannt wurden, dürfen Konformitätsbewertungen durchführen, und dies nur für die Tätigkeiten in Bezug auf die betreffenden Arten von KI-Systemen. In dem Verzeichnis der Codes, Kategorien und entsprechenden Arten von KI-Systemen wird der Geltungsbereich der Benennung der gemäß Artikel 30 notifizierten Konformitätsbewertungsstellen festgelegt.

4.    Antrag auf Benennung

Konformitätsbewertungsstellen verwenden das Verzeichnis der Codes, Kategorien und entsprechenden Arten von KI-Systemen aus diesem Anhang, wenn sie die Arten von KI-Systemen in dem in Artikel 29 genannten Antrag auf Benennung angeben.

1.    Introduction

Conformity assessment of high-risk AI systems pursuant to this Regulation may require the involvement of conformity assessment bodies. Only conformity assessment bodies that have been designated in accordance with this Regulation may carry out conformity assessments and only for the activities related to the types of AI systems concerned. The list of codes, categories, and corresponding types of AI systems sets the scope of the designation of conformity assessment bodies notified under Article 30.

4.    Application for designation

Conformity assessment bodies shall use the lists of codes, categories and corresponding types of AI systems set out in this Annex when specifying the types of AI systems in the application for designation referred to in Article 29.
